1954 Topps Ernie Banks Rookie Card #94

Ernie Banks looks so young in the photo on this card that you can hardly recognize him as the mature slugger of the late 1950's and early 1960's. The card is part of an outstanding set that contains a rookie card of all-time home run leader Hank Aaron, a rookie card of Al Kaline, and two great Ted Williams cards. The colorful set has always been an eye catcher. The 1954 Banks card, while not incredibly colorful, is still very attractive. Watch out for centering problems. Top to bottom centering can be difficult to judge at first. This card has a lot of potential and PSA Mint 9 cards are reportedly starting to bring big bucks in the market.
